At RZLER PERFUME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. To ensure hygiene and quality standards, only unused bottles with intact security seals are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Pre-Authorized Return Label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original designer box and use protective bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the condition of the seal, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
